"Donavan did an excellent job for a reasonable price on two appliances and helped me in the house with some issues I was having with light bulbs and my vacuum . I’m hiring him again in the near future for my oven and dishwasher as well as lighting fixtures He’s got 5 stars out of 5 in my estimation. He’s also very personable saying he was going to pray for me since I’m having heart surgery. Also he showed me pictures of his two fur babies: Sadie and Tucker knowing I loved dogs very much and rescued many from death row to rehome. God bless him always"

"I received an email the day before appointment with a 2 hour window. Received text when tech was on his way. Diagnosed problem, ordered parts and made next appointment before he left. He showed up next appointment and installed the new icemaker. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Cleaned up area. Would highly recommend them. "

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Murphy Family Electric is an awesome company with very competent technicians and reasonable rates. They make the whole process pretty straightforward. I had used them to get my Tesla charger in 2018 (Cost: $799 including material). I was so impressed with their work that when I had a complex electrical job - installing a new 120v outlet requiring a new wire from the circuit breaker - I did not get any quotes but just booked them. That job was done very professionally as well (Cost: $949). Fast forward to Mar 2025, my tesla charger had problems with over heating and intermittent power loss. I called Murphy Family Electric and they sent a technician the same day who came and adjusted/cleaned the connections and spent 30 mins fixing the problem. And to my surprise the company did not even charge me anything for this. So on top of everything else you can add absolutely fantastic customer service to their list of attributes."
