"I did not like using a shower curtain and wanted to add a glass shower door. Charlie Gore was a consummate professional. He is pleasant and spent a lot of time with me analyzing my shower opening and helping me order online, (from any store), the best door for my situation. The installer was also polite, had attention to detail and cleaned up properly. "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
