"Dave and his team are top notch. Dave listens to your ideas and offers some wonderful ideas of his own. He started the 6 week job on time and finished on time. His team were professional, courteous and, most of all, very tidy. They cleaned up the mess everyday. Dave was recommended to me by a neighbor that renovated their home. In fact he is here again right now building a mantle for my center fireplace. I will also hire him to install a tile back splash over my stove. His prices are very reasonable and competitive with other contractors out there. I am now living full time in a home that previously I lived in April through October. "Installed new clapboards after removing broken ones. Reworked gutters to function better; installed gutter guards also. Installed new porch lights, custom fitting to shingle shacks so as to not allow leakage into junction box behind the lights. He is an arborist as well as a fine carpenter and technician. He took off the top 25 feet of a damaged pine tree safely and professionally. He will be back to install tongue and groove inside sheathing in a custom built shed. Excellent craftsperson! Very knowledgeable about a variety of building and renovation processes."

The job required demo, architect drawings, inspection, installing LVL beams, adding recessed lights, replacing wood flooring, and drywall. The whole job took about 4-5 weeks. Garrett walked us through the whole process and was always very prompt. If he said he would show up at 9 AM, he would show up at 9 AM. He was also very upfront about our costs?no surprises.
