He showed us his products and was very efficient in what we needed and what the safety issues we forgot to put in. Josiah's politeness and respect for my dad and myself has gone a long way. They didn't know a blower door test was required to pass inspection, so did the work myself. Was constantly told "I'm not making much money off of this" as a way to skirt responsibility. JOBC made the quote, and was told that there was a specific budget. IMO wasn't willing to constantly pay more money, so other jobs took priority. They smoked marijuana in the driveway while working. Not opposed to that generally, but not professional. Was being sued by another client and asked for . Won't hire again."
