"They were amazing! Always a quick response. We went to their showroom and saw their products. Not fancy, but local and well located. Extremely easy to work with. They loaned us samples to take home. I asked a friend for advice and called Cindi. She came over and we tried the samples in several locations. She was very willing to do whatever we wanted to help us get the right tile for our home. We are delighted with the finished product. It feels like a new house. They did an excellent job of installing the tile, attentive to every detail. Dave, the owner, was one of the installers. They were all polite and pleasant to have around. We plan to purchase more flooring from them to complete other projects."

However ,I am not satisficed with the quality. I felt if I were educated more by the Sales people, I could have picked a better quality flooring wood planks.
