We had problems with the old furnace and the owner worked on it, attempting to replicate the problem. A Tech was sent out the next morning (free of charge) to get us through until the new furnace was installed 6 days later. "I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) They came in to my home to do a deep cleaning job. A lot of dust an debris was removed from my ducts, they
explained everything that they were going to do before they started the job, and as I watched them work I was very impressed by how the Tech knew his business.
I also want to mention that when I called to request an estimate on the  cleaning, over the phone they quoted me a higher price based on the information that I provided which I was willing to pay.
When the technician arrived and saw my home he charged me less then I was quoted by the receptionist due to actual size of my duct work.
I was very happy with the work and will recommend this company to family and friends.
