"This company ranks the highest with me. From the initial measuring and estimate, to the installation, and then a minor manufacturing issue, I could not be happier with choosing Superior to install my windows. It took me almost 6 months of research before finally pulling the trigger to hire Superior. I went overboard and got estimates from 9 different businesses. They used different window manufacturers and for one reason or other (my comfort with the business, quality of window or cost), all were eventually crossed off the list. In a last ditch attempt to find other service providers before having to settle for someone I already crossed off, I stumbled upon Superior! When I called to set up my measurement appointment I found out that they used a window I was already well educated on, and was on the top of my list! Ryan came out to measure, he was very knowledgeable, personable, and I felt comfortable with him. He was going to be doing the actual installation as well. When I received the quote, it was $2,500 less than an identical quote from another installer. I was already sold on the product, felt comfortable with who was going to be doing the install, it was a no brainer to go with Superior. The windows were ordered, installation was scheduled once they came in, and the whole process was flawless! Once Ryan started working, it was very obvious he is a perfectionist. The sliding door and windows were installed perfectly. I did find a scratch on the glass of one of the windows, and the office manager Stephanie, came out to inspect it and ordered a new window pane for me and then came to install it once it arrived. Ryan and Stephanie had really made this big purchase happen for me with very little effort on my part. They have handled every little issue that came up to my complete satisfaction with great professionalism. I would love to hire Superior for additional work I was to complete in my house!"

"I was cleaning out my gutters when I noticed that some were bent which was leading to leaves and anything else getting stuck in them. Also along the back of my house there was a hole causing water to leak out. I made the call on Friday to Watry Homes and as of yesterday they are fixed. It took maybe two hours or so to get the hole covered and to bend the gutter back into shape. I also got a quote for my siding while they were they so that when I am ready I can get both things replaced. I can not say enough about Scott who came out and did a great job of letting me know what was needed and  what I would be looking at in terms of fixing now vs replacing. A lot of times a company will try to just say you need everything new when that may not be the case. Which makes me feel good to now yet again I made a great choice."

We expected to have to replace the whole deck but John explained that the structure and the railings were still in good shape and all we needed to replace at this point where the deck boards. They kept us up to date on schedule and arrived on time. They completed work on schedule and cleaned up well. We are very happy with the results."

"Exceptional job. I would hire them again. Actually I will be. I had a tight timeline and they totally worked with me to get in and get what I wanted done by the date I needed. The 2 man crew that did the work did a great job, circuitous and respectful of me and my home. They taped off and covered so dust did not get into the other rooms, they cleaned up nightly. Took their trash with them. They showed up everyday and completed the work in the estimated 2 weeks. I did call about painting my window sashes shut and they fixed it immediately. I also called about some light spots in the paint that I was not happy with and they came out and put another coat on no questions."

"We hired Roger to remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms in a house we had just purchased, to paint the entire interior and to refinish all the wood floors. We are very happy with how it turned out - the kitchen is really beautiful, as are the bathrooms. They look great while maintaining the house's original character. Roger is very focused on quality and it shows in the final product. Roger was also able to get the job done relatively quickly. We needed to move into the house five weeks after the start date, so we agreed that the initial focus would be on completely finishing the upstairs by that time. He worked quickly to get the upstairs/bathroom completed prior to our moving in, and was very respectful of our schedule once we did. The entire project was completed in less than three months.
