The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. "Ed with E&R Home Solutions was very easy to work with. All of the staff is professional. Inspection and proposal was completed in a timely manner. New roof was installed on date promised. They worked very hard to complete it within one-day, working into the late evening. Clean-up was okay, we do still find nails occasionally (work was completed approx. 2 months ago). I'm sure they did the best they could given the late time and poor lighting. Overall we are very happy with the work and will hire them again in the future if needed. "In general the work went fairly well. The project was only slightly delayed, but the crew was courteous, professional, and clean. There were a couple of bumps along the way, but nothing significant. However, about six months after the work was completed, the exterior paint on the new windows and door started peeling. Additionally, the new window sill that was installed has split. I contacted the office and after numerous repeated calls and emails they sent the foreman out to take a look. Since then they have refused to return my calls or emails."
