After several months of this, we finally decided to cut ties and asked for a very reasonable amount of money back so we could finish the job and fix the window leak. It took another month for him to even look at our file. He made promises he didn't keep. Of course we paid in full. He stopped replying regarding the partial refund (We wanted $500-$750 on a 4.5k bill) and I've decided to just make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm a business owner myself and I would never treat a client this way. Shameful."
