"This is a great company from initial contact, estimate, actual service and follow up. My shower tiles needed some TLC, and tub needed caulking. This house was built in the 80's but the tub and tiles were still in great shape and a neutral color so I decided to re-grout and restore to better appearance and function. Jacklyn came in and re-grouted the tile and caulked where necessary and it looks like new! She had a young man with her that she was training. They were very polite, and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing and it shows! This is one contractor that I have hired since my move here that I am more than happy with! I highly recommend Mrs Grout and will be keeping their number handy for any future needs. Thank you "Mrs Grout"!!"

"So glad I hired TS Property Care to clean/seal my grout. Over 10 years, my 500 Sq ft of tile/grout had accumulated a lot of dirt. I had tried to deep clean it myself numerous times, but could never complete the job as it was just too much tile. Tyrell, the owner of the company, came to assess the work. He gave me a very reasonable quote so we set up a day/time for the cleaning. Deshawn was the technician that came. In this day and age, I thought he would have a machine to do the "dirty" work, but instead, he cleaned the tile the old fashioned way -- with cleaning chemicals and good, hard muscle power. It was amazing how clean he was able to get it! The next day, he came back to apply a color seal to the grout. Now my floors look just like they did 10 years ago when they were new! Kudos to Deshawn for his grit and determination in doing this back breaking work. Both he and Tyrell were professional, kind, and polite. I would hire them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family."

"We called Surface Experts after reading the favorable reviews on Angie's List. Paul showed up to provide an estimate to clean our kitchen, entrance and laundry room tile. We told him we were thinking of selling our house and wanted to clean the grout on our tile. We also advised that we had an Angie's List coupon for 500 sq. feet of tile grout cleaning for $99. Paul said he would honor that and we scheduled the work for the following week. He had to reschedule once, but showed up the following week and completed a very professional job on some pretty old tile grout. We are very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy and the quality of work performed. We would definitely use Surface Experts again."
