"I canâ t say enough good things about these guys. We had to replace our entire unit (& all that entails). They showed up this morning at 9:00 and are literally still here finishing up the installation (11:00pm)!! It was a BIG job. They have worked their rears off. Of course, we were NOT expecting them to finish in one day. Reasonably this was at least a two day job, but they didnâ t want us to go another day without Airconditioning. "Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"Great install people, a few issues after install but nothing major. A week after the install, we still have issues with power in one bedroom, some ducting issues, and some small damage to the ceiling. Cooling great overall. 10-15-2018 as of today all issues are resolved, I would use them again."

"Those poor guys were out in 114 degree heat for over 5 hours installing the new unit and getting it going. They were very cheerful and helpful! Showed us the best filters to get (not the most expensive) and the office even helped us get interest free financing! Everyone was friendly and helpful and got us cool again!!"
