The new gates are very solid and we expect none of the difficulties we were having with the old wood-framed gates. </p> <p>We had a slight problem in design of the concrete footers for them to overcome; we needed them to offer rainwater drainage from the yard but we also have small dogs that might escape through drainage holes in the footer. Bryant constructed the fence so that the drainage holes were partially blocked by removable boards, so we could take them out if we needed more drainage and replace them afterwards.</p> <p>As before, their prices were reasonable and they completed the work within their initial time estimates. We'll be going back to Bryant to finish up the remaining older portions of our fence, and for a few renovations inside the house.</p> <br />"
