The price was fantastic compared to other bids.They listened to us when we said we have special needs as far as breathing concrete dust and they did everything possible to keep the air in the house clean and breathable. The holes that they made to get to the pipe will be easy to retile over, they popped out all broken tiles and left us with smooth new concrete. <br /> The extras that we had done were a result of them suggesting upgrades and prices as we went, which we found incredibly awesome, as we wanted to upgrade the bathroom to a useable state but didn't know where to start or if we could afford it. <br /> Also, and maybe most importantly, we began our project the day before a major ice storm. We knew the guys wouldn't be able to make it out the second day, but we were amazed that they did show up the third day! And then on Saturday to finish the job! "They have been great. They cover all appliances, heating, air, and plumbing. It is $60 for an initial visit to have a ticket open. They basically fix whatever the problem is, but any secondary damage, like in my case. I had a pipe burst. They helped me with the pipes, but all of the flooding, I had to go through my homeowners insurance as a result of that. It is a little bit of paperwork, but it has been working well for me.  <br /> <br /> I didn't do a whole lot of comparison shopping. The first year of service was a gift from my real estate agent. I don't think the price has been awful for what they have covered. I have just had great service and had no reason to change."
