"Elliot and his crew showed up as scheduled. They had some difficulties with the old slab being so porous, but worked through the day to get it right. The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."

"They are as good as anybody else I know.  I don’t think I could recommend them even though I use them but I have a contract.  They are a little slow in coming out.  Lot of times I have to call them.  I paid the big money to have all the termites stuff done; now this is just annual thing.  So I don’t know if I would use them again but right now, I am using them.  I sued them once in court and won.  However, the gentlemen that come out are very good.  They are very professional.  They are very meticulous in their inspection.  If I have ants outside, they will spray them and they do just a general spraying around my home and buildings.  They are fantastic but I couldn't tell you much for the company.  I don’t know how the people that come out could be any better; they are good.  So far, any service person that has come out has been an ‘A’.  The technicians are excellent but I don’t have a lot of good things to say about the office people.  Their scheduling could be much better.  It is kind of one of these, “Well, we are going to be in your area this afternoon, or tomorrow morning, can we come by?”  I am like, wait a minute, I have got something to do, I am not going to be here tomorrow and then I call them I have to reschedule.  I call them and I say, “Hey, any kind of next two three days” and they go, “I don’t know if I can get to you.”  I only had one occasion when they were late that was because he had a tire go bad.  I would say the technicians are very punctual.  Of course, the office people say they are going to be there in the morning and they normally are there in the afternoon but they usually call me and give me a time.  The technicians are very good.  I would do some shopping around when my contract is up.  I hate to pin it down and say I would or I wouldn't use them because I haven’t shopped for the service in quite a while.  If I found someone preferred I wouldn't use them."
