The second visit involved a minor issue that was quickly resolved. I felt that he should have been compensated for his time, but he refused any payment! Obviously, customer care and satisfaction are more important to him than financial remuneration. Suffice it to say, I have him on speed dial."

"Freddie is a dream come true and can always be counted on to bring your vision to life. I've trusted Santa Monica Car Sound with every car I've owned over the last several years. It's a great feeling to know that you can depend on them for just about everything under the sun that's auto-related. For the Tesla, we did 30% tint all around with a 15% tint on the windshield. Break calipers were painted red to match Performance model, and emblems coated with black. A front fender was added to give the car a more sporty appeal. With the van, we tinted all windows and added a back up camera. I swing by whenever I have minor issues such as a door jam or loose AC panel. Freddie is the man, hands down!
