"I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."

"I had been thinking pf getting solar panels for a while, but hadn't done all of my research. There are so many kinds of panels and so many companies from in and out of the state that it can be overwhelming. I had a knock at the door and a gentleman named JB Masters with 3D solar was asking if I were interested. Without any pressure of commitment, we had a discussion about it. I told him I wanted to do more research as friends of mine had solar panels and I had many questions. Over the course of 2 months Mr. Masters would stop by and casually sit in the backyard and discuss the research I had done. Still with no pressure. After 2 months of this I agreed and in short order 3d solar moved on the install process and JB Masters was there every set of the way. Coordinating installation and activation is between the City of St. Petersburg (permit), 3D Solar (Installation), and Duke Energy ( changing out the meter and acknowledgment to turn on the solar panels) is a bit of a problem. It takes some patience. It is not the fault of 3D Solar. Having Duke Energy come out to change the meter and send a letter to me stating that I can go live with my system could easily be considered frustrating. Luckily Mr. Masters told me this process would take up to 2 weeks and I was prepared. No Worries. There are bells and whistles with the system 3D Solar provided. Nest is a system that monitors runs my HVAC, wireless alarm system (basic: 2 doors), and smoke and CO2 detector. This was installed and is very helpful to schedule times for my air to come on and off. If there was anything I would criticize about about my experience it was a 2nd product that was installed. it is called Sense. It monitors all appliances and outlets in the home so that you can tailor your energy usage. It also tells in real time how much power the home is using and how much energy the panels are producing. I was very happy with it in the beginning but it loses it's connectivity and won't reconnect. Sense is a third party product and not part of 3D Solar. But I can't say I'm happy with Sense. 3D Solar is no longer using Sense in there installation package and I'm sure I will be able to get mine fixed or changed. Overall I'm thrilled with my experience with 3D Solar and especially JB Masters. As I said throughout this review he never pressured me, he was easy to contact and answered my questions. He made to whole process stressless."

"Installing the electrical service and providing an opening to run cables from the linen closet to the living room turned out to be a major project in itself because we discovered an interior concrete wall inside behind the drywall that separated the two. The guys had to drill through the concrete to install the outlet and to created an opening to run cables from the closet to the TV and DVR in the living room. That same concrete wall complicated installing the power outlet near the AC & hot water heater and the wall light in the area. It ended up being easier to tap power from the guest bathroom and route it through the AC closet than to drill another set of holes in the concrete. All of this added substantially to the time required to do the work, and hence to the cost, but it was worth it. Despite the unexpected problems the guys were able to figure out a way to get the result I wanted, and I'm delighted with the final outcome."

"The overall job that was done was fine. The ceiling box and connections were installed and a light switch was installed on the wall. I had a problem with the worker, not the work. In order to reach the ceiling he stood on my couch with his work boots on. I had a ladder he could have used but I guess he thought this was quicker. Also, when trying to install the switch on the wall, he chose the wrong place but only discovered that after he had cut the wall. He also left a huge mess! All the plaster that had come from the ceiling was all over the bar and sofa. He also left shoe marks on my couch."

Finally a tech that came out to the house on time.........and fixed a problem that other techs indicated could NOT be repaired & they could install a new unit rather than fixing the old. Thank you Tristan. Made me feel very special......and had him return 3 weeks later for problem #2 & it was the same........he really cares about doing it the right way.
