"I was cleaning out my gutters when I noticed that some were bent which was leading to leaves and anything else getting stuck in them. Also along the back of my house there was a hole causing water to leak out. I made the call on Friday to Watry Homes and as of yesterday they are fixed. It took maybe two hours or so to get the hole covered and to bend the gutter back into shape. I also got a quote for my siding while they were they so that when I am ready I can get both things replaced. I can not say enough about Scott who came out and did a great job of letting me know what was needed and  what I would be looking at in terms of fixing now vs replacing. A lot of times a company will try to just say you need everything new when that may not be the case. Which makes me feel good to now yet again I made a great choice."

"Mike Zimmerlee was absolutely fabulous to work with.  My husband works in Madison during the week and my son was doing vision therapy in Brookfield while we live in Hartford.  Mike met me in Brookfield to go over the contract, view sample shingles, and get things officially moving.  He worked with the tenants to make them as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process and also worked with our management company to get access to the property.  The roof on our rental is very steep and extremely close to the houses next to it.  They were very profession in the precautions they took and the quality of work they did.  In the middle of all this my father became sick with cancer and passed away a few months later.  With all that was going on within our family, I never once had to worry about Mike or his crew.  He was great at keeping in contact with me and was very prompt and responsive to my calls and questions.  At the end of the project, he even met my husband on a Saturday for the final inspection since that's the only time he's in town from Madison.  I can't say enough nice things about Zimmerless construction.  I would highly recommend them!  We were so please with their exterior work, we even hired his partner, Doug, to do some interior work and was equally thrilled.  These guys are amazing!  Great price, excellent customer service, and fabulous workmanship.  What more can you ask for!?!?!"
