"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Great selection, value, and outstanding workmanship. Couldn't be happier. They re-did my entire kitchen with quartz and porcelain countertops, my 3 bathrooms with quartz vanities, and my living room bar top with quartz. It was a big job, with very large and heavy pieces, but Zsolt got it all done in 3 days, including demolition. Everyone who now comes to my house is in amazed and probably a bit jealous.... lol Also, if worried about COVID-19, everyone at the office/Showroom wears face masks and the installers wear both face masks and gloves during installing. "I can honestly say that they were very professional and did an awesome job they remodeled my kitchen from top to bottom and I could not be more satisfied. After they finish the kitchen, I rehire them to do a bedroom and it turned out great. They painted the walls re-textured. The ceiling lay down the laminated flooring. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10."

"It went pretty well.  They obviously knew what they were doing.  They were very neat.  They painted the room with very little disruption to the rest of the house.  They were very quiet.  The owner was one of the painters, which is important, as his name is on the line. 
The room ended up needing two days, as the old paint was dark, and the new is light; the walls needed an extra coat.  They charged the same lower rate for the second day.  There were a few small details that could have been covered better,  and they didn't remove some of the hardware, but rather painted round it.  But they were quite good at detailing with this.  To be fair, I didn't ask them to specifically remove all door hardware, etc. beforehand, and they probably would have if I had.  
 All in all the room looks really nice, like a completely different room.  My daughter is thrilled.  This company deserves more business.

"It was okay but the woman who came out was a little bit too concerned about speaking her own mind and I do not think that the time frame was long enough for her to really get a grasp of what it was that we were looking to do. She had some good ideas but it was not enough to convince me to go further and purchase an additional time, however, we had a particularly challenging project. It was not like it was a simple little thing and I threw a lot at her. She was not particularly prepared when she came so we had to spend part of the time getting her prepared. I had sent her an email in advance with the pictures and everything and said, "Here, so that you are going to be thinking about this before our call." And when she got on there, she had not really done that. So, that took some of the time for me to go and say, "Okay, take a look at the email. Here are the pictures." She did not come ready to go with advice and that was a little bit disappointing. The advice that she had was good but it did not solve my problem and it did not convince me to purchase additional time. I was not unhappy with her. It just did not wow me. It was what it was and it was fine. She came out within the time frame that we purchased the deal because we had just purchased the house. We were living in North Carolina and we purchased the house in Florida. We moved on December 2nd so it was between the date that we purchased the deal and December 2nd because we had to talk to her about what we wanted to change about the house before we moved. Ours was not your typical project. If somebody came in and just showed her a picture of a room with blank walls and they wanted her to help decorate it, I think that she could do that but ours was pretty hard."

"Not good. Several delays ran out of paint, took 3 different people to get the job done. Wanted to charge extra for molding. Left paint on carpet, flooring, and on stove."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
