Cody was professional, on time and even communicated with us as he was on his way from previous job to give us ETA. He was able to assess each appliance, fix & repair what he could on-site and quote us for what parts needed to be ordered and what estimated labor would be. He was very honest about what needed to be ordered, explained everything so it made sense to my husband and I. He is definitely knowledgeable about appliances and knows his brands from years of experience working with them which was great since it seemed every single one of our appliances needed repairs or need to be replaced!
