At the point that we signed the contract, a completion estimate of 10 weeks was given. Three weeks after we signed the contract, we received a call that the patio enclosure was ready to be installed. The install team took a half day to get the site ready, and then 1.5 days to complete the project. We absolutely love the end result and it came out even better than what we thought when we signed the contract. The advantage of working with Patio Enclosures is that this is their primary business activity and they control the entire supply chain. "Overall, we were pleased with Patio Enc. The positives are that the room looks fantastic, the install crew was great as was the staff back at the office. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues caused by the sales person who was not professional in manner, appearance or follow through that caused our project to get pushed out by a month. Ultimately, they came back and fixed all problems and communication went smoothly. Other than the sales person, Patio Enc. were consumate professionals that truly did a wonderful job of correcting the issue and meeting our timeline. A superior product for a much lower price, too (by nearly half)."

"They came as a three worker unit which for a single job or a simple repair would be too many people costing more than it should. I had a 24'x6' old porch ceiling with soffit vinyl needing replacement and a crawl area beneath the house with perhaps 3 feet of clearance. The utilities and sewer drain came up from the ground and were protected by a 6'x6' heated enclosure that needed insulation. During the winter the animals would dig into this and pull down the existing fiberglass batting and make their nest beneath the house. Neither job was by itself terribly hard but for one person which is what one expects when looking for a handyman they were pains (especially the crawl space box which required hours kneeling.) "Locke it In" completed both jobs well and met their cost estimate. The ceiling vinyl looks great. The crawl space box is covered in silvered R-13 Sheathing that I hope the wild life cannot use for bedding come the winter."

They did a great job removing and putting in new bathtub/shower unit, putting in some new electrical outlets and a new tile floor.
