"I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak.Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."

At 3:15pm, when they had not shown, I called them and they explained they were stuck at another work site and said they would not be coming for my sink, which was not working at all. This was so frustrating and disappointing as I was not able to try and contact another plumber about the work. An hour later, they called to say they could come while I was trying to find someone else, which caused me undue stress. ||For pricing I asked specific questions about this ahead of time. The technician, after the service, said there was a flat fee of $200 and this is not what I was told specifically when I asked Denise for that info. The price did however seem high as well they were only here for about a half hour and there was no reason for me to be surprised by the pricing, which needs to be more transparent with them. Just seemed shady, untrustworthy and gives me pause for using them in the future, which I will not do."
