"Went great.  Person came out.  I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells.  Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner.  Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on.  They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building.  The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work.  This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.

"Project was for the repair of an exterior hose bib/burst pipe in a crawl space. The company called promptly upon my contact with HomeAdvisor and we easily made an appointment to fit my schedule. They were polite, friendly and arrived on-time, even calling ahead of time to confirm the appointment. Upon reviewing the needed work they provided a free estimate that was fairly priced. Work was completed quickly and the final bill was as quoted. Without asking, they even provided a 'Y" valve which I only mentioned in passing would make water usage easier, showing that they were listening to needs of the customer. Highly recommended."
