Came on time, explained that he would be putting out poison that would NOT hurt us or our cats, but would be taken back to kill all the other ants. He also went all the way around the outside of the house, identifying a couple of places they were getting in and sealing the holes, knocking down mud daub wasp nests, suggesting that I cut back limbs of trees touching the roof (which I did) - very thorough service. Mentioned quarterly /monthly service is available but did not push it. Friendly, knowledgable, thorough - and the ants have not come back!
