"Sunday afternoon one of the garage door springs snapped leaving one of the cars "trapped" in the garage. I reached out to "Certified Garage Doors" hoping to leave a message (their website stated they were closed on Sundays) but Ian picked up. I explained what happened and even though they were completely booked on Monday he said they'll do their best to stop by, possibly during lunch break. Next day they came over, explained their $235 package which included replacing both springs (which I thought was a good idea), tuning the opener, inspecting rollers, etc and everything was fixed in less than 30mins.
