"I was very happy with the quality of work I got from Sr Screen.  Scott was very responsive and returned my phone calls within minutes whenever I tried to contact him.  As they were doing the work, the workmen noticed that our very old enclosure was not as sturdy as they thought so they added screws to reinforce the existing structure at no cost to us.  He also added a support beam in an area where the height changes, again without charging us.  We have two 50 lb dogs who have spent the last few months since we moved into the house, running right through all the torn screen that was already there.  I was concerned that they would continue to do so and tear the screen as soon as it was installed.  Scott assured me that the screen was strong enough to prevent the dogs from being able to tear it.  The dogs have, for the most part, gotten used to the dog door now but did try to run through the screen a few times before they were used to it.  The spline did pop out a couple of times, but the screen never tore and my husband was able to fix the problems very easily.  The clean up at the end wasn't as good as I would have expected, but the work was great and I would definitely recommend this company to others. <br />"

"I found ATi Services of Tampa, Inc. on Angie’s List. I read through many of the reviews, visited their ATi home page, and also checked out BBB. I scheduled an appointment with Jack Z. and he came out for an evaluation and a chat. I had big plans to blow out walls, lift the ceiling, etc etc (big dreams). He looked at me, evaluated the situation, and brought me down to reality really quick. I appreciated his honesty, in keeping with my budget, whereas any other contractor could have told me, “Sure, we’ll get that done for you…” knowing it was out of reach or didn’t make practical sense. He still considered by thoughts and concerns and came up with a plan of attack (my kitchen needed to be attacked badly as it was the original 1970s kitchen). He took the time to discuss with me the plan, provided me with all the documentation about his company, and asked that I trust in him. And I did. Soon, he drew up the contract, provided computer renderings of the kitchen, let me review it many times, making necessary revisions. He provided me with a list of his vendors, who I have to say, were all wonderful – from flooring, tile, cabinets, granite – they were all a pleasure to work with and provided so much insight and advice. I purchased, selected, ordered all the needed items and had everything waiting and ready to go (except for the backsplash grout – I forgot that!) On Monday July 10th, Jack visited my home to walk through the plan with Joe and Dave. I spent the day with Joe and Dave as they carefully and very much organized the demo of my kitchen and laundry area. They respected my home and kept things as clean as they could. After just day 2, when Joe installed my new laundry room doors (just the doors, mind you), I arrived home and practically started crying as they were the most beautiful doors!! And after weeks of continued work, Joe’s master craftsmanship was truly displayed. From painting to trim to flooring (along with Ryan) to carpentry, Joe was wonderful. He updated me when needed and advised when I didn’t know which way to go. My cabinets were ready for install the following week and the cabinet “man” (Mike) did a beautiful job. Granite arrived the next week, and installed during week four. During the final week, Ryan came in and beautifully laid the backsplash tile, finished painting and touch-ups. He installed some additional features for me, and again, met with me to discuss final choices for grout. He too was respectful of my home (they kept my place as clean as they could!) After only 15 actual working days, over 4 weeks, I was presented with the most beautifully stunning kitchen. Jack’s ideas came to life (lighting was phenomenal), and he was still respectful of my desires, remained within my budget, and proved to be a great owner of his business. Jack has a great team (I forgot Leslie from permitting) and I look forward to working with them again on a bathroom reno in the future. For 4 weeks this team became a part of my family and they have changed our lives forever. I will forever be grateful to Jack, Joe, Dave, Ryan, and Mike for making my kitchen/home beautiful again."
