"Very happy with the performance of Babylon Gardens. Good communication throughout, and a first class crew performed the work. I met with Rony and after a little back and forth on the project scope was able to schedule the work. Originally planned for 5 days, Rony's foreman and his team completed the work in 3 days (there had been a weather delay and they were as interested in getting the work done on time as I was)! Rony's foreman Juan knew his stuff, and truly went the extra mile, including performing some extra work which Rony covered under the original quote - greatly appreciated! Specifically, when Rony and I walked the job, we had agreed that rather than installing extra drainage, Rony would ensure the crew graded the slope down to the existing drain. Juan determined that was not the right way to do it, and installed a new drain in an ideal location. He also laid down some pavers which was outside the scope. It was just a few, to create a little accent where there would have been a dirt void between my side yard where a concrete walk was laid, and the sod that was installed in the back yard. Again, Juan did this, and even though it wasn't a lot of extra work, it was above and beyond the scope, but illustrates to me that the company and this crew is more interested in customer satisfaction and exemplary work than just the money. I will definitely call Rony the next time I need work done!"

"I recently contracted with Brothers and Brothers Builders to complete renovations on two bathrooms and expansion of the master bedroom walk in closet. This was my second remodeling project having completed a home rebuild a while ago, so I have prior experience working with contractors. Working with Brother and Brother Builders was just a great experience and the finished work is outstanding. Our Project Manager was Daniel Perez who did an excellent job communicating with us on a regular basis, was immediately accessible by text, staying on top of the project, and fulfilling our visions. He is very knowledge and made several suggestions along the way that really enhanced our design. He has a “can do” attitude. Even into the project I would ask him to do little extras and he always accommodated us with a great smile. Daniel even noticed finished items he did not like and had his crew return to redo the work. He was a delight to work with. The on-site managers, Nick and Oner, were also helpful, professional, and very accommodating. In fact, the whole construction crew was great. The project was completed as per the time line and within the contracted amount, no surprises. With regards to the finished product, we could not be happier. "I noticed some of the wood framing my window exteriors had visible dry rot.  Eagle Construction was on time for the estimate appointment and was by far the most reasonable bid so I gave them the job.
Michael from Eagle arrived on time to start the work and was very friendly and efficient.  We evaluated the siding beneath the dry rot and agreed it was still in good shape.  Michael cut the new wood to fit and even corrected some minor mistakes in the original work.  He took the time to shim and sand pieces so the edges would line up properly.  After replacing the wood, he painted the new boards and the siding around them that had been marked when the old wood was removed.  He then proceeded to check and recaulk every window, not just the ones he worked on.  Michael also sealed a large crack in the patio concrete as per our contract.  When finished he cleaned up everything, including washing down our back patio.
I would definitely use Eagle Construction again."
