"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. "We had went through two other electricians before calling MC Electrical LLC and thank goodness we did!! Michael the owner and his workers were very respectful and really know there stuff!! Not only did they save us over two thousand dollars but at the same time they perform high quality work!! They upgraded our 100 amp service to a 200 amp service as well as removed old Knob and tubing throughout more then half of the house and Rewired with new wiring!! ". the work was being done was  at best puzzling and cast a shadow over the entire experience. What makes this review diffulcut is that I want to give higher marks for the work that was done since we have not had any problems to date but the fact that even after they called to set up one last visit to tie up some remainig concerns they never showed up and this makes it diffulcult to have positive feelings. Questions about the supposedly HOME SURGE PROTECTION system and WARRANTY and how to handle any future issues regarding it have never been explained or paperwork supplied. When it is so hard to reach the boss it creates  an environment of distrust be it real or imagined.
