"Rick "Ricky" Freeman is great to work with... I texted him on Sunday evening and he was here on Monday at 10am. He got my AC working in a very short time. An hour after he left the thermostat turns off. Apparently the AC blew a fuse on the furnace and shut everything off. I called him again and he was back at the house within an hour. Ricky diagnosed the problem which wasn't easy since furnace is in the attic and there is no light and no room to work (on your back or side in must areas). After replacing the fuse Ricky went out of his way repairing a hole in air return duct that had been there for years, cleaning drip pan, and moving shutoff value out of the way, as well as other things. He spent an 1 1/2 working and when done he left shaking my hand with a smile and saying, "No Charge" for this trip. I argued briefly with him telling him the fuse blowing had nothing to do with original service call, but he just said no problem, still No Charge. This kind of service is what makes great entrepreneurs, not because he didn't charge me for the second service I would have gladly paid the same as with the first service call, but rather his work ethic and caring about his craft!
