"Ivan was on time, knowledge, honest and completed the service to my satisfaction. He had all the tools he needed with him. He was very polite and I think his pricing was fair. I would call him again if I needed service. The ice maker wasnâ t working, it had gotten iced over. That caused the board to not work and the refrigerator and freezer to not be cooling properly. This company came to my home, took out my microwave/oven combination, set it on the floor, told me what needed to be repaired then, suggested I buy a new microwave. Because it is a microwave/oven combination, it was impossible to find another microwave that would fit the dimensions of our older model. So, I called the repair department of the brand of my microwave to ask about replacement. They did not make any other microwaves with those dimensions so, they sent out their repairman. He came out promptly, moved the microwave/oven to a portable shelving of equal height (without placing it on my floor), showed me the same items that were needing repair and fixed it for about $50 less than this company."
