"I had Peak Home Renovations remodel my kitchen in March-April of 2023. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It took roughly 6 weeks. A complete and total makeover consisting of new granite countertops, new appliances, new cabinetry, creation of new recessed lighting, painting, some carpentry, and creation of a new pantry. The work crews were on time daily and were both professional and personal. The owner of the company regularly was on site and part of the work crew. Problems that arose were quickly and efficiently dealt with . Communication was excellent and the finished product turned out beautiful. "We had our driveway extended and while the price was reasonable and it initially looked great, the quality quickly went downhill. Two of the three new squares started chipping badly not long after the job was done. The top layer is flaking off in multiple spots, even using a leaf blower sends pieces of the surface flying. When I brought it up, the response was that it could be from salt or possibly from not sealing it correctly, even though we were told it was sealed. He offered to come back and reseal it but said he wouldn?t touch the damaged concrete itself. Since then, I?ve spoken to a few other companies, and every single one of them said if their work looked like that, they would stand behind it ? even if it meant replacing it at a loss or just asking the customer to cover materials. That?s what taking pride in your work looks like. I take a lot of pride in how my home looks from the street, and now I?m stuck staring at a patchy, crumbling driveway. It?s frustrating."
