We had to wait a few months to get the work started, but that just tells you that they are popular and backlogged with work. Once the work started the crew and Frank himself worked diligently. At times there were delays, some weather based, a few not. But in the end the work was done well, with just a few minor hiccups. If I had another house that needed a roof - Solarshield would be my first call for sure."

"We are very pleased with our experience with this company. They did a wonderful job installing new floors in our home. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, always willing to guide customer towards the right direction. When we started shopping for wood floors, we did not know what we wanted. We researched online to see the difference between the type of wood floors and visited different stores. What I liked about Martinez was that the owner took the time to explain us in detail the difference between engineered and solid hardwood floors, gave us the space to deliberate which one we wanted, and didn't push for the sale. We ended up choosing a solid oak floor. Beautiful material and for a great price. It took about a week to get the wood and then acclimate it for a another week, I think. When it was ready, they began the installation, which included a staircase as well. They are very honest and respectful people. You can talk to the owner about your worries and we would answer you as soon as I can. They started installing the floor and worked fast, clean, and organized. When it comes to payment, they required a deposit to buy all the materials, (wood has to be paid in total) to order it, and when they are finished, you revise and approve the job to pay the rest. We are very meticulous when it comes to everything, I can recommend this company. The floors turned out beautiful, after the installation we decided to stain it to change the color, great decision. Oh boy our wood floors look amazing. I am rating this company 5 stars because there's no 10. Highly recommended folks"

D&D Aluminum is a great company. Carey Tarplay came to our  home to give an estimate. He suggested we visit his showroom, which we did. We were able to see all of the options to choose from, styles, colors, etc.  We wanted to replace our old sliding glass doors with French doors and Carey explained everything that needed to be done and helped us choose the proper layout for the side glass and French doors.  My husband and I had checked out a couple of competitors showrooms and I had fallen in love with a front door at one of them. D&D Aluminum didn't carry this line, but Carey said not to worry, he would be able to special order this door for us. This was above and beyond the service I expected.

The doors and windows were installed on time and perfect.  The Cooper City building inspector said it was a great job.

We are so happy with the workmanship that we now are using D&D Aluminum to add a screened in patio to the back of our house.

"We were worried working with a contractor long distance. We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. The last point is especially important because it allowed us to return our unit to the rental pool as quickly as possible.
