"I wanted to give kudos to Adrian and his team. I had a guest break a corner soap, which needed to be replaced. The handyman that normally does stuff in my house wasn't comfortable doing the removal himself and wanted to call in a pro. I called a number of tile specialists and either got that they were too busy for a small job (this market is CRAZY) or very high prices. Adrian came back with a reasonable price and was able to get someone out the next week. They were totally professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again."

"Great. We went through the Costco program and that is how we found Haight Carpet. We had several companies provide bids for us and theirs was very competitive. We also loved working with their sales person Mark. he was so helpful and guided us through the process and acknowledging our needs to give us the best product that would work for our family and lifestyle. The installer Alexi was fast and really good at what he does. Would highly recommend them over and over. They are now installing the backsplash in our kitchen next week. "Now our shower floor re-glaze is failing, so ......Fortunately the company offers a five year guarantee. I don't look forward to having the fumes again, but that can't be helped. I have called and left a message with their answering service. Just a note.....we had a company come in to bid on replacing the tub & shower. They saw the failing shower pan re-glaze and commented that it was happening because it hadn't been cleaned and prepped properly, causing the failure. We hope that this won't keep happening. We've decided to try again rather than replacing. BTW....I didn't get to review the repair with all the changes in Angie's list, then a death in my family (our son) and an estate to handle which took a long time....so...............sorry about that...."
