"Essential plumbing came in and assessed my property for a copper pipe leak that I couldn’t get fixed with my insurance. When James came out to see what I was talking about, he took all options available to me and simplified it because of his honesty and his approach to My concerns he gave me three options a standard breakout concrete fix a copper pipe that was leaking and then put the concrete back on top, Re-piping of the one line that was leaking, or redo the whole house re-piping the entire house with two and three-quarter bath the team came in and did a fantastic job. They were efficient thorough and got it done the entire job in two days included drywall patching, and finish to match the texture of my house the pricing was very fair and the reason why I went to James thank you so much for all your help. Highly recommend this Plumber."

"Daniel Ortiz & his crew, Samuel & Carlos did a Great job of replacing all the drain lines. There was very minimal interruption to the household flow. They were always polite and courteous. They did an excellent job of cleaning up behind themselves. I was so Lucky when I found them on Angie ."

"I am one that usually does not write reviews, here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Ontario, CA

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
