When James came out to see what I was talking about, he took all options available to me and simplified it because of his honesty and his approach to My concerns he gave me three options a standard breakout concrete fix a copper pipe that was leaking and then put the concrete back on top, Re-piping of the one line that was leaking, or redo the whole house re-piping the entire house with two and three-quarter bath the team came in and did a fantastic job. They were efficient thorough and got it done the entire job in two days included drywall patching, and finish to match the texture of my house the pricing was very fair and the reason why I went to James thank you so much for all your help. "I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."
