Jon gave us an estimate to install and refinish our water damaged (Sink Flood) floors that was extremely competitive with many of is top competitors. Jon explained the process so well, our 3 and 6 year olds understood what would happen and when. Jon, provided several samples of colors on our floor (making sure to appease my OCD) so we could decide on the color for our home. Once our color was selected and the date was set and the new wood was delivered Jon's professionalism shined from phone calls to verify dates were still good, to making sure the wood was stored properly for acclimation. When Jon sanded our floors with his dustless system I was sure I would find dust in our home but there was none. The floors are as smooth as a babies butt and the finish is spectacular. "the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. "The service worked out fine. They were prompt. Actually, they were delayed, but they called me and let me know that they were going to be delayed. I think I did not have a good sense of what it was they were going to do which was my problem, not theirs. They offered some insights on some things to do on a couple of things that I had questions about. It was not necessary some thing they were going to do that was covered by what I bought. I am hoping that the repair that he made on a leak would not be an issue anymore which I will find out soon. They did what they said they were going to do within reason of the $149 big deal I purchased. They came out within a week or so after I purchased the big deal. That was fine. I did not feel like it was an extensive wait to get them out. I do not have anything to compare the quality of their work against with."

"I was not wild about them. It took me a long time to get hold of them and when they did send someone back they sent a couple of young guys. I had a handyman come out finish the work because I only had a couple of hours that I had bought and they weren’t finished. I understand that they had to leave the room and not finish painting it. I had a handyman coupon and so he painted it; he did a much better job than they did. I remember asking them to wash the wall and usual they wash the wall with a solution but they just picked up a wet rag and wiped it down. I just don’t know what they have done in one of the rooms because I did not say anything at the time. They just used masking tape on the woodwork and the paint can come through with the masking tape; it was not a good tape that they had used. They did not use the painters tape but just a masking tape. I had some good tape that I would have given them but I did not realize the tape that they were using so I did get a little paint on my woodwork. The guys that came out they were okay because they got to work and did not fool around but technically they were a little off. The paint looks okay."
