He said he would be over at 10:00 to look it over for bidding, and when he saw he would be about 5 minutes late, he called to let us know he was running a little late. He submitted his bid when he said he would, with the right amount of detail. He detailed the bid in order to allow me to do some of the work and save some money. Changes and additions during the job were made without adding on any additional charges other than the material.  From day one on the job, he was here to get the workers started and checked on them frequently. His subcontractors were great. They were all very professional, courteous and respectful. The job was finished when he said it would be. He was great choice, and we now have a friend in Doug. I would recommend him to everyone.

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Rob was very helpful in helping with picking out paint colors, and, letting me know how dark, or, bright they would look with the natural light on the room. He used some unused paint that he had on hand to prime coat some of the rooms, thus saving me money. They repainted when I chose a color that I later didn't like, with a minimum of eye rolling. Lol The workers cleaned up after themselves everyday. They did excellent Sheetrock repair, and, Rob is an excellent detail painter -- no taping needed!
