"I was given a quote of $525 + tax over the phone which is in line with other quotes I had gotten. The technician arrived on time and got to work. About an hour in the tech told me that my thermostat does not have all of required wires. My two choices were to abort the installation and pay X amount of dollars for nothing or pay an additional $130 to have new wires run. I opted to pay the additional money to complete the install. It's not really Action's fault but I do wish that had been mentioned on the phone. <br /> I would recommend Action in the future regardless."
