I?ve lost rental income and had to pull listings. Filing CSLB complaint if this isn?t resolved immediately. Absolutely unacceptable.Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company responds. Leaving a customer with a damaged, uninhabitable home for months without resolution is unacceptable. "Wesley was fantastic! We were hoping to be able to extend the gas line from the fireplace to the stove but the piping was too small there to accommodate the stove we purchased. While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. We chose to do it the right way, not the 'cheap' way, pricing was still reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!!"

Each step he had me look to see what the underlying issue was in our drains. He snaked our drain but we needed to take it a step further with hydrojetting. We opted for this process which will give us long term results rather than short term which can lead to other issues. Extremely happy with this business, will definitely use them again."

"I had never used my old basement and I decided to start use it but It needed remodeling. My neighbor recommended me Golden Line construction and after I saw their work on his house I hired them. They arrived on scheduled time and all employees were friendly, professional and helpful. There were some issues but working crew resolved everything easily. My basement looks amazing, better than I expected. Highly recommended contractor!"

"Plumber snaked the toilet and fixed the sensor on the urinal. Quoted $950. Then he said the valve needed to be replaced on the urinal and toilet due to debris in the piping. Bill jumped to $1900. He said he was on his way to pick up the valve for the toilet and would come down and install it. This was around 11:00 am. I waited till 4:00 pm with no call, no show. The next day I waited till 1:00 pm, then decided to call him. He said it needs a filter installed to catch the debris and would be quite expensive. At that point I asked what the bill was for the work he had already done. He still tried to charge me the $1900. After complaining about him not showing up the day before after telling me he was on his way, and tacking on one issue after another I paid the $975 and terminated any further work."
