"The technician arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. On time! Very professional. Explained options for dealing with my toilet leak. I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. After which he broke down and explained the itemized charges. After paying for the work thru my credit card, I received an e-mail summary right away...One major concern that I had in hiring Western Rooter & Plumbing was that their technicians had been vaccinated for Covid 19. I had been referred to Western earlier this year by my condo HOA for a common area leak repair in my unit. I was assured by the dispatcher that the technician coming to my condo was vaccinated against Covid. So when I had this toilet leak problem 6 months later that I had to pay for, out of a multitude of plumbing companies, I went back to Western Rooter & Plumbing after receiving the same assurance."

"This is THE company to use. I had an old 1907 wooden house sitting on a decaying brick foundation and needing a sister foundation installed and a complete seismic retrofit. Even during the bidding process, Brad from Alpha was extremely attentive without being assertive. I contacted four other companies although one I eliminated since they charged a fee for inspecting. Alpha was very timely with their bid and flexible when I needed help with the budget. All the way through the process, every single person at Alpha was extraordinarily good at customer relations, returned emails immediately, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Whenever there was a slight change to the original plan due to permitting or a plumbing adjustment, Alpha was very proactive and made sure everything was communicated clearly and promptly. I have really NEVER worked with a company that had such excellent communication skills. This is really one reason I selected them to do the work and, even though they may not have been the least expensive, it is worth the extra price for this reason alone. And Alpha Structural's work speaks for itself as well. Everything was done precisely and well beyond code, an unbid section of foundation was provided under the front porch without increase to the budget, and all materials used were of the highest quality. The project went on somewhat longer than estimated due to permit changes and a short weather delay but was still finished in a timely way. My home is our family's largest asset and it is a great relief to now know it is sitting on a solid foundation. Johnny R. came out, got a call and text 30 minutes before arrival as promised (arrived 15 min early, and right at the start of the promised AM window), friendly and super courteous, professional, diagnosed the problem right away (tree root clogging drainage line to the street, backing up drains into the yard), ran power hoses from street to all drains, cleared the blockages, demonstrated wide open flow. Could not be happier; highest recommendation."

"Wesley was fantastic! We were hoping to be able to extend the gas line from the fireplace to the stove but the piping was too small there to accommodate the stove we purchased. While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. We chose to do it the right way, not the 'cheap' way, pricing was still reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!!"

"These guys were awesome!! If you need foundation work, call them first. I have a raised foundation and it was off by 3 in. in some area's. I went with this company because they do not use contractors or sub-contractors. Everything is done by the company! I had one window break and they called me immediately about it, cleaned it up and got the plywood to cover the opening. When they gave me the quote I didn't quite have the money. I called them apprx 10 mos later to give the go ahead with the work. By that time the prices had gone up ALOT by 10K. But they honered the 1st quote because it was under a year old. And a good warranty!!"
