I experienced none of that. Work progressed slowly for 3 months. They rushed and cut corners at the end so they could finish and get paid. Quality was very poor, workers did not respect my property, and my new home was an unorganized filthy mess for 5 months. "We needed a one piece door which was difficult to find because most are sectional roll up. Only found two company’s that said they were able to do it.One gave us an outrageous bid and IM whose bid was with in our budget so we rolled the dice and hired them. On the agreed day for installation one man showed up on agreed time to start the job.I asked if he was going to do the work by himself and said his partner was sick but he could do job. Our original door was a 30 ft. wooden door. My first thought was I had made a mistake choosing IM but two later I was a happy camper. The new door looks exactly like our HOA neighbors and the fit is perfect. IM is a honest company with a great price and skilled installers."
