I will say if you haven’t done any projects since COVID you’re going to get sticker shock because of how costly things are nowadays. Rick’s price was in line with other quotes we got, but has multiple crews that he manages and was able to start the next week. Also, if you are doing any structural work you MUST go with Rick. We had to remove a load bearing wall to open up our floor plan and while they were in the attic, Rick spotted some previous work done that was not to code. They fixed that beam as well and now we feel so safe in this house. We are SO happy with the finished product! It’s our dream kitchen."
