Adam stopped by during the initial quote and development of the proposal, walked us through the installation process and the different products and services Fournier used and offered. Through all the obstacles, the crew that came out did an excellent job installing, replacing any sod and spread a GENEROUS amount of grass seed in all areas needing to be reseeded. Clean up was fantastic as well. After installation, the head crew member explained the system we selected, explained the various functions and what would happen at start and end of each season. We did have a couple of heads that needed attention (clogged heads) and Adam came back to make sure the were taken care of and we were back in good shape.
