"We used this company to have a completely new a/c unit and thermostat installed in fall of 2018. They were more than helpful at the time and so we called them for a return visit as our unit had been abruptly shutting off upwards of 30 times per day. They were prompt to send a technician out however that was where the professionalism met. Mike, the tech was at the house for an hour, could not diagnose the problem, and basically told us "that he had been there for an hour and he has other calls to make" he slammed the door in our faces when we questioned his inability to diagnose the problem and what our next steps would be. We ended up calling a different company recommended by the manufacturer of the A/C unit that was installed, that service call was cheaper, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem and A/C has been running with no problems since."

"Sherif the (Owner) is a scam artist, i used to work for him and have seen him deliberately cause problems in people’s air conditioning systems so he could collect money when the customer would call later on about the problem. He told me he does that kind of thing right to my face as i was working on a compressor. He installed my parents unit as well and never topped the system off leaving it with half the amount of freon intentionally hoping my poor elderly parents would call for a service call and spend 100s of dollars to add freon. luckily i was there and have an epa license and went and spent 400$ to get a jug of R410A to top off there system so the house would cool properly i have seen him time and time again add problems to systems that were unnecessary just to make more money and leave people with problems with there units. I witnessed this all first hand. Please never trust this outfit. Sherif comes across as a very nice guy but in reality is the worst type of contractor trying to scam elderly and all types of age people out of money. Please take my advice"

"I am a professional property manager and I always work with many different contractors. Complete Air Mechanical is the worst contractor I ever see in many years. I don’t think I will see even worst contractor in the future! I bought American Home Shield (AHS) for all of my managed properties. The AC doesn’t work recently in one of my properties. AHS assigned Complete Air as my contractor. Complete Air came two times, first time they told me that they need replace the capacitor of the and they did. The AC only worked for a couple days and then stopped again. Complete Air came second time. They didn’t mention anything about “pre-existing” condition when they were at my property. But when they went back office and submitted report to AHS, they told AHS it is a pre-existing problem. Unfortunately AHS blind trust whatever the contractor said, and denied my service request. I have to spend more than $7000 to replace the AC completely. I certainly called AHS, AHS promised that they can reimburse the cost if Complete Air can modify their report. In the next two weeks, I called Complete Air every day and I was told I need to talk with the manager “Melissa”. I left tons of messages for her but she never call me back. Finally today I drove to their office and I told them that I wouldn’t leave until I talk with Melissa. Unfortunately and not surprised, Melissa is so mean, rude, and didn’t show any professionalism. I don’t know how the owner of Complete Air can tolerate such bad customer service in his company. I will not be surprised to learn Complete Air will continue to lose customer and close very soon! Never hire them! I have called ASH all my experience. Don’t waste your time and money on Complete Air!"
