"I supplied the new shower faucet, handle and shower head. The bathroom was upstairs and had copper lines going to the old faucet. I wanted a transition from copper to the pvc and install new parts. The guy cut out about three feet of copper line and replaced it with pvc instead of just putting a small transition piece from the copper to the new pvc. There is a gap in between the handle and the piece that sits on the wall where the water is turned on. I had another plumber tell me that this will leak in a year or two and that they do that to assure a future job. He took the copper with him which sells for a big price. He did a good job on the toilet parts install. Then after all of that, he charged me almost $600.00. When I said something he said well, you know there is almost $300.00 in parts?????? The only parts they supplied was pvc, 8 connections and toilet parts. RIP OFF on the parts. I have used them in the past and they did great work and for a reasonable price but I will never use them again."

He gave me an overview of the work…he explained what needed to be done with the new LED fixtures and installed the fixtures according to proper electrical code…he also gave me an option to choose the light color that I felt would be pleasant and accomplish my goals…he adjusted the color on each fixture from SOFT WHITE to DAYLIGHT…I selected BRIGHT WHITE (4000K)…this selection gave me the extra brightness for a safe entryway and hallway. The team worked efficiently, treated me with respect, and cleaned up the work areas. I was very pleased with the outcome…I now have a far safer home environment that I can enjoy and rely on when friends and family members visit.
