"Patrick and his crew did a great job for us. We had several plumbing issues and decided to replace all the water lines in our 60 year old forever home. In diagnosing a knocking sound Patrick discovered a builder defect and our gas line was compromised in several places. He and his crew replaced the water lines and gas line, replaced our 15 year old water heater that was failing and completed all the jobs on our repair list (replumb refrigerator, add pressure regulator to the main supply line). He did such a great job rebuilding the plumbing for the laundry area, basically rebuilding the wall, and I never thought it would look so good in my lifetime! They protected our floors and respected our property and wasted no time completing a large job. We have never seen any contractor clean up after a job as thoroughly as they did. Longo Plumbing is our plumber anytime we need one and you won't be sorry you hired them."

Got several quotes from several people all saying it was a huge job that would cost thousands of dollars. I called Two Brothers Plumbing for a quote after reading some rave reviews on Home Advisor. I was not disappointed. They came out the very next morning (at no charge, free quote….AMAZING!…because that is evidently not common). They examined my water line and were confident they could fix the problem easily enough. They had come in a Friday to diagnose the problem but contacted me on Sunday to set a time to come out the following day and got right to work. The existing pipe line, water spigot and valves needed updating in order to fix the leak. They fixed the issues and replaced the old parts. And they were AFFORDABLE. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were kind, thorough and professional. They were able to diagnose and explain the problem to me and fix it. They were quick to make an appointment and get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance."

"My hot water heater needed to be replaced but I've been blowing it off because I was quoted $3000. One night it finally burst, shooting water all over the garage. I didn't know who to call or what a reasonable price for a new hot water was but I needed a water heater so I submitted a request for an estimate with Home Advisor. Matt from Platinum Plumbers responded almost immediately via text, which I prefer. He quoted me $1700 for a 50 gallon water heater installed, up to code. I texted him 2 photos expecting him to reconsider his incredibly low quote. His next quote was for $1500 because I have a 40 gallon heater. I told him that seemed low compared to the $3000 quote I had received 3 months ago and maybe he would like to look at it in person in case he had made a mistake. Bless his heart! He said he's been doing this for 41 years, he has low overhead and if he finds anything unexpected he said it would be his fault!!! What??? He showed up the next morning, right on time. I expected it to take 2 hours. Honestly, he removed, installed, cleaned up after himself, ran my credit card, patiently waited while I tracked down a credit card that wouldn't be denied, handed me my invoice and was driving away in no more than 45 minutes.
