He installed flooring in my kitchen and dining room and installed a new dishwasher, smart range and garbage disposal., and painted the cupboards and walls. He removed moldy insulation and replaced it. He put a new ceiling and light fixtures in my sunroom. He put in 3 new ceiling fans and updated all of my electric outlets to bring everything up to code. He installed my washer and dryer and made a separate laundry room in my basement. He put in all new light fixtures outside and in the hallways both upstairs and downstairs. He installed new toilets in the bathrooms and installed new flooring. He ripped out the old carpeting in the living room and had to destroy the mold in the wood in a large area of the floor before he could install the new flooring. He makes good suggestions and let's me know if something else might work better. He gives good prices on materials that are always the correct quality for the job. He turned this house into a smart home. I've been pleased with his work and find his estimates fair.
