When USA Insulation installed the additional insulation to the entire first floor of my 1-1/2 story house, we noticed a big difference in the first 3 days. The house is much quieter from outside noise, there is no drafts in the window frames, and the furnace isn't kicking on every half hour. We have a pellet stove insert in the living room and haven't had to light it in the past week and the outside temperatures have been in the mid-thirties. I'm saving money on propane and pellet fuel. The crew that installed the insulation came to my house on time. They were very courteous and polite. They did a full house walk-through inspection and explained every thing they needed to do. They covered the tubing outside the house with a grey covering to match my siding so it would blend in the way I requested. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They gave me two options on where I wanted to choose to place the outside unit. I am very happy with the quietness of the units compared to my old window a/c's. The units are very powerful and can be adjusted any way you like. Since they're wall mounted they are space savers. Plus, they can heat too.
