They were on time, professional, and had our new heater up and running with just the two scheduled visits. I will certainly use them again when we are ready to have our air conditioner replaced.

I would like to add that we received a call telling us that they would like to come out and take care of a scheduled inspection and service  of our air-conditioner. I told them that I hadn't scheduled that and was then informed that it was complimentary. I scheduled a 7am appointment so that I could leave for work on time. The Tech showed up on time, inspected, cleaned, and serviced our air-conditioner within the time frame that was promised. I was able to get to work on time and the air conditioner is working wonderfully. I have seen a couple of reviews that state they are a bit high priced but I find that you truly get what you pay for. Our heater was wonderful this last winter and the complimentary cleaning and servicing of our air conditioner was just an added bonus. Once again I would very highly recommend them.

  Feb-2016  New update for this wonderful company. We had a complimentary heater inspection and check-up and once again they were able to accommodate my work schedule. They came out early, checked and cleaned, replaced the filter, and got done in time for me to head off to work. They are very professional and I appreciate that.  Thanks again Wightons.

The first evaluation was written as a complaint for a job completed but one that did not follow the all of the stipulations of the contract. This review is written to thank the individuals from NRG who took the first evaluation to heart and then dispatched a team to fix the areas of concern. I am delighted to report that the work completed today was done per the contract. Not only was the barrier wall built between the two condo units as originally promised, the attic was insulated with the additional blown in material, the old attic door sealed and caulked, pictures taken, and the area left clean and tidy. I am most grateful to the general manager, the quality control manager, as well as the insulators who made sure the job was finished per the original contract. NRG should be recognized as a company that not only took the time to read a customer service review but then acted, in a timely manner, to resolve the issues addressed in the complaint. "It’s been a while that I wanted to have a company that can come over and check the house for any problems that increased my monthly bills and to fix them at a normal price. I came across this company and I scheduled a meeting with Ezra and Charlie to come over and see/check. Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. In addition to that, they recommended me to remove the water heater and to install a tankless system that will provide me with hot water only when I need and by having that, my bills will be reduced.The Quote that I got from him was good enough (to my opinion) and I retained them for the job. The work that they did proved to be good one and I see that in my monthly bills. It was a 2 weeks work and I am completely happy with my decision to hire them."
