"They installed a furnace last year and an AC tune-up this year. It worked out well."

"They did a great job. From the estimate visit to explaining the costs and work and options to choose from. Also, they were quick to get on the job. They were very punctual and worked straight through 2 days to get the air conditioner installed. It required extra work because they needed to rearrange the furnace, all of which was explained to me in the estimate. The final price was exactly what they quoted me and there were no surprises. The technicians, Matt and Hudson were friendly and professional and hard working. I will be calling them to do the annual maintenance. So, thank you Angi for helping me find them."

"I called Columbia NW Heating & Cooling on Monday morning, and spoke with Blake. By 2pm that same day, Dave was at my home with a quote for my new furnace. I spoke with Andrea who schedules installation and by Saturday I had a new furnace installed by Ivan. I'm telling you I have never been happier with a company regarding efficiency and their friendliness & professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone that needs the services they provide. They keep in touch via phone and follow up with text and emails. As a matter of fact, I will be calling them next year for duct cleaning. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service from the 1st call, to the finished installation...all within 1 week. You cannot go wrong choosing this company. Many thanks!"

"I highly recommend this company! They were able to come out the next day to service our furnace. They were quick, responsive, friendly, and reasonably priced. They charged half what their competitor had quoted. I will absolutely be using them again in the spring to service our AC."

"ACS installed a new Bryant heat pump + furnace. The equipment is high quality and the team was knowledgeable, flexible, and willing to answer all my questions. They accommodated a change in scope on the day of install from just installing a heat pump to installing a furnace + heat pump combo. This set the team back a few hours for the last minute parts request, but they powered through a very long day and stayed until the job was finished. All customer service goes directly through the owner operator. Originally this seemed like a plus, but I think they would benefit from support staff. I needed to edit and downgrade this review after a few negative experiences. Some changes are related to issues noticed after the install. The unit was not secured to the pad outdoors and also was not attached to the house. Holes cut into the corner of the garage slab in order to pass through the lines were not patched, leaving a break in the envelope. Mark promised to follow up on both of these, but he did not send anyone out to take care of this. Mark also directly promised that our install would qualify for Energy Trust of Oregon incentives for $3000, when in fact it is clear after speaking directly with Energy Trust representatives that our install did not qualify for any amount of rebate. This promise was echoed throughout the quote and the install process. I believe that the lack of a support staff is causing some shortcutting or disorganization when it comes to managing some of these details - I would prefer to assume that ACS did not know the details of the incentive rather than that they purposefully deceived me, but I dont feel comfortable recommending them given these circumstances."

"Great service. I needed an AC installed asap. They gave me a one week lead time then called me when they finished early on a job the very next day. Best price and install looks great."

"I can not say enough about the team at Revival Energy! I have been working with them for 4 years now on my 90 yr old Portland home. Ben was my introduction to their work with an energy assessment. I wanted to seal up all the drafty areas of my home and install central A/C. During the assessment, Ben quickly identified that my furnace was producing dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. I really liked his statement, “if this were a public building, it would be condemned.” In their busy season of November, they put me as a priority and installed a new furnace in under 2 weeks. While I don’t recommend this approach to get your furnace quickly, they recognized that I would have no heat and did their best to help me. I then installed A/C the next year. They did a very smooth install of a very efficient central A/C (Rheem prestige). With further house work, we had to move the A/C. This seemed simple to me, but I didn’t realize it would take them almost 8 hours. That refrigerant removal and refill is a slow process, by necessity! A few weeks after the move, I just didn’t feel like the A/C was working well enough (and in the hottest part of the year no less!). Their office staff and specifically the co-owner, Jim Ballman, fielded multiple, multiple phone calls and emails. Robert, their lead service tech and co-owner, came to my house to check it out. Luckily, the Rheem Prestige has a panel that reports error codes. I’m so happy I had this model installed, thanks to Ben! Refrigerant was low and rapidly addressed by Robert. As he got the refrigerant filled, Robert patiently answered all my sniggling questions. He was very gracious, and a very sharp fellow. I am so thankful for their patience, hard work and expertise in their field. It is very hard to find a quality company like this. Please treat them well, they deserve it!!! Thanks so much to Jim, Robert, Ben and all the office staff."

"Had a 40 year old Lennox furnace that gave up the ghost. HomePro Heating + Air responded to a request immediately and within a amazingly fast removal in installation of my new furnace. The team was extremely polite and professional and respectful of my home. Price quoted was way better that I was expecting. If you are looking for a great team of professionals. Look no further. Thank you so much and Happy New Year! - Jan L."

"Zach was very professional and gave us such a great deal. This us his work done. It's installed and just happy to have him do the work and we will call him for any other work needed for upkeep or other plumming. We will also recommend him to others."

"The pro was great and apologized for being 2 hrs late. It was the day all the work vans had a necessary upgrade. He did his work in good time and was personable and honest. My toilet had been running for about a year and was not level. He was able to level it and install a new seal and adjust the float arm. no more running toilet. He installed a new faucet so I can wash larger pots easier now in my shallow sink."
