"From the first visit to my home from Sean for an estimate, to the crew that arrived to do the project I was impressed. Everyone was extremely professional. The crew arrived on time, the crew leader introduced me to the rest of the crew and explained how they would proceed with the project. They protected the work spaces with plastic from my garage to the crawl space opening in side my closet. They went to work and kept me informed about the progress. The whole crew worked very efficiently and got the project done in one day. They left work area spotless when they were done. I would highly recommend this company for any waterproofing project!!"

"I contacted Foundations First NorthWest and a couple of other contractors when an inspection revealed some foundation settling and crawl space damage. I chose Foundations First to make the repairs because they included more work, and at a lower price, than their competitors. I can't say enough about how professional everyone at Foundations First NorthWest was, from the first meeting with the sales rep to the constant communication with office staff throughout the project. Every step was completed without a hitch -- getting permits, engineering, the repair work and county inspections. The work crews worked quickly and efficiently on both the installation of stabilizing foundation piers, and also on the crawl space repairs. And they left the work areas in a very clean condition. "We had a problem with seepage in our basement due to an old CMU block foundation, downspouts too close to our foundation and window wells that had not been dug deep enough. I called a couple of companies for estimates. I ultimately hired Mike Keller and his team because of his thorough estimate and willingness to stop by every time I had a question with the estimated project prior to beginning. The company was diligent in hand-digging out three sides of my foundation (front porch couldn't be disturbed), cementing over the deteriorated CMU block and mortar joints, waterproofing the exterior with a sealant and vapor barrier, thereby eliminating seepage issues. The workers were polite and respectful and answered any questions I had. They also took care to dig window wells deeper and install pop-up emitters and redirect our downspouts away from the house. The company provides a 20 year warranty on their work as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others! Their bid was fair and Mike was honest about the minimum work needed to waterproof our finished basement. Thank you to his team!"

"I had Drainage Masters come out to patch and seal three cracks in our basement and crawlspace foundation that leaked during heavy rain. The crew was on time, super polite, and shockingly efficient. I appreciated their attention to detail as we reviewed the scope of work, and how they ensured I was satisfied and had my questions answered before they left. I also couldn't believe how little dust they left behind; they covered my jam-packed basement in plastic and were very careful when packing up and vacuuming. Great attention to detail throughout! Can't yet confirm whether they officially stopped the leaking, but I feel confident knowing they'll come back to make it right if trouble persists."

Greg with Ability Plus was the first contractor that actually understood w** was going on with our drainage and the right way to fix it. They hand dug the trench around the exterior 7 ft deep. The crew was great, put tarps down to pile the dirt, and when they cleaned up, well it was clean."
