Garage included insulation and drywalling the attic area and the walls, and a new concrete floor. The only thing Scott didn't do was replace the garage doors. But he advised and talked with the installers I hired for that work. Scott was great at going through each project, asking and listening to what I wanted, and then describing what each project would entail and the plan to complete each one. Darkstar Construction is an incredible company and Scott is very easy going and a delight to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone needing literally anything done around their home or yard!"

"I want to highly recommend Ted Rudiger Excavation Inc. In my twenty-five years living in this area, having owned three homes and having hired numerous contractors for various tasks this company has out-shined them all. This from the start of the job to the finish. I contacted Rudiger Excavation for a bid to fix a backup problem with my storm drain and Ted not only quickly identified the source of the problem (which a previous contractor had failed to do so I was charged approx. $1300 for work that did not fix the problem)but found a way fixing it that saved me a lot of money(i.e., instead of having to pay for drilling 12-13 feet down to the sewer line). Ted was very clear and precise about exactly what work would be done in the bid estimate which included replacing my sod and dirt and clean-up. Having agreed on the estimate I asked Ted if I could use an Angie's List Coupon. Even though the coupon was only for sewer or water line work(not storm drain)Ted took $150 off the bid estimate. Before he left that day Ted said that he would return Monday and do a temporary fix(storm drain extension)on my storm drain. On Sunday it rained particularly hard and Ted came to my house that morning and did the temporary fix. The work that was done included digging about 35-40 feet of an approx. one and a half foot deep trench, tunneling under the sidewalk, installing a 3 inch ABS pipe, capping the old storm drain, and replacing the sod/grass. Ted also replaced a broken sprinkler pop-up head at his own expense-even though it was damaged through lawn mowing. After the work was completed my yard still looked great even after all the trenching. I'm a very happy customer!"

"This may not sound like much but I had a garbage truck back over a sprinkler head breaking it near our driveway. I had also been sidelined by back surgery a few weeks earlier and unable to make this repair on my own. I contacted Landscape Services via their web site and explained my situation and they had a crew repairing the sprinkler the following morning. My fears during this summer season that it would be extremely difficult to get someone on site in any reasonable time frame and had plants suffering and in danger of losing. I could not believe the promptness and professionalism for a reasonable price. Kudos!"
