"We were leery of even seeking bids from a custom cabinet shop because of cost concerns, but we did so at the suggestion of our contractor. We were very pleasantly surprised to discover that Rich and Mike's could match a bid we had received for modular cabinets whose design would have forced us to reduce the number of drawers from nine to 3 in one of the baths and were unattractive in a number of other ways as well. Mike came down to measure and discuss our preferences, including our wishes for a finish stain. When we received the first set of working drawings, we changed our mind about a couple of features, emailed Mike to that effect, and within a day or two received a completely new set of drawings. The cabinets were delivered on schedule and installed by Jeff, whose experience, competence and friendliness were plainly evident.
